- You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the products arrival date.
- Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
- Please understand that skin care products are for personal use and we don't accept open box return for hygiene and safety consideration. However, we can give you the full refund if you are not satisfied with the products and you don't even need to return the products!
- Customers will need to pay for the return shipments. Return shipping costs will be refunded if the return is a result of a delivering error.
- You can use the original shipping box you received from us, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return.
- If the product is returned outside of the 30-day return period or the item is damaged, or not in its original packaging for your reason, We will be unable to honor a refund for the merchandise.
- Because our products are for personal care use, please understand that replacements and exchanges are not supported.
- Customers can return their original order for a full refund and create a new order for the replacement.
- If you receive a damaged product, you don't have to return it. Just simply contact firstname.lastname@example.org, our support team will send you the replaced order at the earliest.
- Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 working days.
- Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
